Glendale Shoals Preserve & Waterfalls
This 13 acre natural area near Spartanburg, SC was once the site of a mill. There's a dam, a waterfall, and a bridge. Below is the remnants of some of the mill's towers and structures. These photos were shot using my Polaroid 600 camera. It was rather cloudy that day hence the unusual color of the photos.
The three pictures below were shot with my Polaroid 600 as well. I took several pictures of the bridge. You can also see the waterfall (not much of one lol) in the left photo.
The following three pictures where taken with my Fujifilm Instax Wide camera. You can see the difference in ambience, color, and quality.
Dilapidated buildings near the preserve.
Love locks on the railing. There were A LOT. For those unaware (as I was). When a couple puts a lock on a bridge, it's supposed to symbolize a couple's love and commitment for one another.
An abandoned house above the preserve. I took a photo of this house with my Polaroid 600 as well. I uploaded the photo under my Miscellaneous Photo Dump post.
