Greensboro, NC

The 'Boro (little goofy nickname for the city) has been my home for the last 2 going on 3 years. I've compiled at least close to 50 something Polaroids that I've shot around the city during my time here. These clusters are the most recent. I have the older exposures in a folder that I need to upload (hopefully soon if my ADHD allows me haha).  I shot these Monday. Typically, cloudy days are the best conditions to shoot film. Unfortunately, these photos came out lackluster. I went out 10am after, hoping the sun would be in a decent position. I'm really disappointed because these shots would have turned out great. I might need to switch back to my older Polaroid cameras. I've been using my Polaroid Flip. It's supposed to automatically adjust the brightness depending on the available light (older ones YOU have to adjust manually). Granted, the film I used has been in the fridge since last year. It expires a year from the manufacturer date which would have been 07/2...

Natural Chimneys/Afton, VA

So, I'm four months late posting these. This day trip happened backed in December of 25'. The winter season decreases my drive and motivation to do the simplest of tasks. I bought a physical scanner to transfer my Polaroids to my laptop so, you'll see a change in the scan quality. Anyways, peep the blue tint on these photos. Not-so-fun-fact, shooting Polaroids in temperatures below 35F gives you this end result. They're not terrible, per say, but they aren't the best. It's a shame because I have no intentions of returning to Natural Chimney. It was a nice sight, but not one worth revisiting again.  The Natural Chimneys are located near an unincorporated community called Mt. Solon.       As always, I take shots with my iPhone in case the Polaroids don't turn out well.
