Golden Gate Bridge - San Fransisco
The Golden Gate Bridge was one of my last excursions on my last day in San Fransisco. It just felt poetic to save the very best for last. Unfortunately, it was extremely cloudy and foggy. The pictures still turned great. I love the ambience they give off. Instead of doubling or tripling my photos together, I decided to let leave them as singles.
This photo was my starting point. I walked the entire length of the bridge. It was a fun experience but man was the wind brutal.
There's an old seacoast fort under the bridge's southern side, Fort Point National Historic Site.
You can go inside Fort Point. Shot this photo from the roof. I was trying to get some of the Golden Gate in the photo.
I visited Muir Woods before walking the Golden Gate Bridge. This was the only photo I was able to salvage. I took a risk with pictures. Surprise, surprise, they all came our underexposed. This was the only salvageable Polaroid that came out of my hike. Loved seeing the Redwoods. Wish There had been enough lighting to capture some on film.
